1. Non-Binding Nature of Online Estimates
Estimates generated or communicated through this website represent preliminary quotations based upon customer-provided descriptions and photos. An estimate is not a binding contract until an in-person or confirmed project scope is formally agreed upon and accepted by both the customer and RediFix Handyman & Remodeling.
2. Service Scope & Regulated Trades Limitation
RediFix provides general handyman repairs, cosmetic home remodeling, drywall patching, interior painting, trim replacement, and non-structural rental maintenance. We do not perform major electrical alterations, permitted plumbing re-piping, HVAC installations, roofing replacements, or structural additions requiring licensed municipal trade permits.
3. Hidden Damage & Change Orders
In home repair and remodeling, concealed conditions (such as existing moisture damage, subfloor rot, or hidden wall framing issues) may be discovered once work commences. In such cases, our team will stop, photograph the issue, communicate the options with you, and issue a written change order before continuing.
4. Payment & Completion
Payment terms are itemized on each formal quotation. For standard small repairs, payment is due upon successful completion and inspection of the work. For larger remodeling projects, a material deposit and staged milestones may be required as agreed in writing.
